Wesly Lucien is the present Chairman of HAVCO and founder of the Haitian-American Veterans United (HAVU), one of the active Haitian-American Veterans organization. A US Army veteran, Mr Lucien fought in both Iraq and Afghanistan before retiring from the Army.

Bobb Rousseau is involved in diaspora affairs, advocating for political participation and community engagement. His expertise in legislative reseach is instrumental to advancing policymaking and transforming Haitian-American veterans into a strategic asset.

Natacha Clerger is a U.S. Army veteran and the At-Large Town Councillor in Randolph, Massachusetts. Councillor Clerger holds degrees in Marketing and Public Relations and is a business owner.

Frantz Michel is a combat veteran who served in the Navy and the Air Force. As a Fleet Marine Force Corpsman he operated alongside Marine Corps units in demanding environments. Mr Michel holds a Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice and a Master in International Studies. In addition to being an author, he holds black belts in both Karate and Jiu Jitsu.

JC Jules is a veteran of the US Air Force and is now works in the aerospace industry. He holds a Master in Applied Science and he is also an entrepreneur.
